Anubhuti Thakur is a registered Physiotherapist and is in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. She graduated from University of Delhi, India in 2005 with Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (with honours). Her work experience includes working in acute hospital and physiotherapy clinics in India, Nepal and Canada. Her treatment techniques include joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, modalities specifically suited to each client. She believes in promoting education and awareness alongside her client- centred treatment approach. Anu’s area of interest includes low back pain, physiotherapy in gynecology and is expert in treating Motor vehicle accident and work related injuries. She continues to keep abreast with recent trends in physiotherapy practice and techniques by participating in different courses that aim to expand her skill and knowledge like Mulligan concept techniques (Manual Therapy). Mitul is a strong believer of client centered, holistic approach of treatment to achieve client’s goals. Mitul uses a variety of treatment such as Manual therapy, Exercise therapy, Advanced Laser Therapy, Electrotherapy, Education, Postural correction and preventive physiotherapy to enhance patient’s outcome.

Mitul achieved BSc. (Hons) Physical therapy (2005) and Master’s degree in physiotherapy (2008) from India. His other post graduate certification includes Functional Dry needling (IMS/FDN), McKenzie Protocols, Mulligan’s joint mobilisation techniques, Laser Therapy and Falls prevention program for elderly.

Mitul works at Seniors Health and All-Pro Physio clinic where he enjoys treating Geriatric clients with all mobility and balance issue (Falls Prevention) and clients with motor vehicle accident, whiplash injury, Cervicogenic headache, Fractures, CRPS, Pre and Post Surgery, Wound care, work related injuries, acute and chronic pain, and sports injury. Mitul also works as a Physiotherapist at Surrey Memorial Hospital, which adds to his experience in acute care.
